I absolutely LOVE space art. Not bad for my second attempt, isn't it? :3 I just wish I could show you guys my first one, because it looked pretty awesome, too. :C
I think this one looks mysterious, I personally get the feeling like there's a explosion behind all those cosmic clouds, or something else that we don't know for certain.
I need a bit more practice on those stars. lol I admit I got a bit lazy there. I'm still satisfied with the way it came out. It's also very nice to practice color composition and backgrounds. I shall do some more of this kind.
Nebula was done with smudging tool and airbrush. CS5, around 4h.
