WIP here

I'm so glad I finished this. Actually wanted to put a knight there but I thought some cave hamster thing would be awesome too. First serious attempt in drawing a hamster creature, so that little guy doesn't look as good as the dragon here.

This time I rendered the speedpainting again and again to get this result (guess that's why they call it concept art, eh). I think it's completely different than the previous techniques I tried out. It's nice to apply texture, but not so much for scales. I tried this mist effect the first time on a character to create a feeling of depth, so it doesn't look perfect (I'm sure I can work on that harder).

Not sure how many hours I spent on this, possibly around 16. Paint tool SAI.
